Sophie Cliff is a certified coach and positive psychologist who utilises her expertise to assist individuals and organisations in thriving by enhancing joy and prioritizing wellbeing. She is also the author of "Choose Joy: Relieve Burnout, Focus on Your Happiness, and Infuse More Joy into Your Everyday Life."

Early in her career, Sophie climbed the corporate ladder at renowned companies such as the Walt Disney Company and venture-backed startups. However, despite her seemingly perfect life on paper, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. After experiencing a family tragedy that rocked her world, Sophie decided to stop postponing essential decisions and to veer away from the wrong path.

In 2018, she founded The Joyful Coach, a business dedicated to helping individuals and companies discover purpose and joy. Today, Sophie reaches people worldwide through her coaching, workshops, and top-rated podcast, Practical Positivity.
