Dr Angela Sharma is a passionate advocate for empowering women and their supporters with the information necessary to navigate menopause successfully. With over 22 years of experience as a GP, accreditation as a Menopause Specialist by the BMS, and establishing her private menopause clinic called 'Spiced Pear Health', Dr. Angela is exceptionally well-equipped for this task.

Dr. Angela completed her training in Advanced Menopause Care at King's College Hospital in London, where she gained valuable experience in managing complex menopause cases. Since then, she has remained actively involved in developing online resources on premature menopause for the British Menopause Society. Additionally, Dr. Angela continues to conduct sessions in her NHS and private menopause clinics.

She has also received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for menopause, an evidence-based therapy aimed at improving menopause symptoms. Dr. Angela's expertise extends to sexual medicine, and she incorporates this knowledge into her understanding of how menopause can impact women.
