"Ettie is an excellent trainer who makes light work of tackling complex subjects – in fact, she makes it a thoroughly enjoyable experience! At the training session, she skilfully managed to strike the perfect balance between challenging us and holding a safe space. She used brilliant interactive exercises, which then prompted rich discussions, during which she managed to ensure everyone was involved without ever feeling forced. This was a day-long training session, and it felt like just a few hours because it was so engaging and inspiring. Everyone should take this training — essential for the voluntary sector and the wider community.”
