Kimberley Wilson

Kimberley Wilson, a Chartered Psychologist with a master's degree in nutrition, has gained recognition for her book "How to Build a Healthy Brain." With her private practice in central London, she has previously served as a governing member of the Tavistock & Portman NHS Mental Health Trust. She has also led therapy services at HMP & YOI Holloway, the largest women's prison in Europe at the time.

Kimberley is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to mental health, which involves integrating nutrition and lifestyle practices with psychological therapy. This philosophy, Whole Body Mental Health, is at the core of her work. She actively works towards demystifying complex psychological theories through various platforms, including social media, podcasts, television appearances, live events, and expert panels.

In addition to her professional work, Kimberley is a monthly columnist for Psychologies Magazine and co-hosts the popular BBC Radio 4 podcast "Made of Stronger Stuff." Her expertise and engaging personality have made her a finalist on the Great British Bake Off. She has also appeared in Channel 4 documentaries discussing the impact of COVID-19 and is a regular guest on ITV's Lorraine, where she is known for her ability to make psychology accessible to a wide audience.

Kimberley has chaired the Training Committee in Counselling Psychology at the British Psychological Society. Her contributions to the field have been acknowledged with awards, and she is also an accomplished food producer.
