As an accomplished science communicator and renowned keynote speaker, Marcia engages with teams on a range of important topics, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, mental health and wellbeing, recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.

In addition to her impressive background in academia, Marcia has also gained valuable industry experience by studying work floor behavior and culture within Formula 1 teams. She has held positions as the Head of Science and Innovation at YoungCapital and the Head of People and Culture at Tony's Chocolonely.
