Theo Smith is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and a leading voice in reshaping how organisations approach inclusion. Theo’s career began in recruitment and talent acquisition, spanning roles in executive search, in-house recruitment, and talent marketing. Over more than 15 years, he has worked with organisations across sectors, helping them attract, understand and retain talent through more inclusive approaches. He later founded Neurodiversity at Work Limited, as well as co-founding Neurodiversity World and Neuromine, platforms dedicated to creating neuroinclusive solutions and resources for businesses.

He is the co-author of the award-winning book Neurodiversity at Work, recognised as a landmark publication on the role of neurodivergent individuals in driving innovation and performance. Theo is also the host of the podcast Neurodiversity with Theo Smith, where he brings together voices from across the globe to share experiences, insights and practical advice on building inclusive workplaces.

With a strong belief in the power of diverse thinking, Theo advises companies, governments and universities on how to create environments that support and empower neurodivergent talent.
