Chris Arnold | Speaker Biography

Dr Chris Arnold is a highly accomplished individual, despite facing challenges such as dyslexia and ADHD. He has a proven track record as a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he led a team of neurodiverse staff known for their quick problem-solving abilities. As the founder of Creative Orchestra, an organization that actively employs neurodiverse individuals, and DYVERSITY LAB, a global collective of high-achieving diverse and neurodiverse thinkers, Dr Arnold is dedicated to using his unique perspectives to create a positive impact in the world.

Drawing from his experience in managing teams with neurodiverse members, including individuals with autism, dyslexia, and ADHD, Dr Arnold combines psychometric modeling with his expertise to help companies unlock the hidden talent within their organizations. By fostering diverse teams that think outside the box, solve problems in innovative ways, and challenge traditional norms, he believes businesses can tap into the transformative power of neurodiversity. Rather than viewing neurodiversity as a disability, Dr Arnold encourages organizations to embrace it as an "adiffability," a different ability that can revolutionize their operations.

It is estimated that up to 20% of employees are neurodiverse. Dr Arnold's approach goes beyond the typical diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) talks. Instead, his immersive and experiential sessions offer a fresh perspective, enlightening participants and challenging them to think differently.
Chris is a champion of Dimensional Thinking (aka Dyslexic Thinking) and has created a unique training course to help linear thinkers think more dimensionally.
He volunteers in schools around neurodiversity to help kids see a diffability not a disability. He is also a very popular speaker with the Speakers for Schools charity.
He is a visiting lecturer and advisor on the Bournemouth University MA Advertising course, and as an advisor, has introduced ethics, social impact and sustainability as a key element to the course – a first.
