Samantha Karlin is the CEO of Empower Global, a company that offers leadership, cross-cultural teamwork, and women’s empowerment programmes for various organisations, including AWS, Monday.com, and the US Department of Homeland Security. She also serves as a senior facilitator for the Partnership for Public Service.
Samantha also leads a women’s leadership course called The Women’s Leadership Challenge, which has over 100 alumni from 28 countries. This programme fosters a community of changemakers who support one another in their leadership journeys. She is committed to developing empathetic leaders who create environments where individuals can thrive.
In addition to her training work, Samantha hosts Samanthropolitics, a talk show focused on global politics and women’s rights. She is currently writing a book on 21st-century leadership, for which she has received the Bellagio fellowship from The Rockefeller Foundation.
Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy, specialising in global gender analysis and conflict resolution from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She has also studied at Yale University, Harvard Kennedy School, and the Harvard School of Education. Her work has been published in the Washington Post, Conscious Company Magazine, and Women2.0, and she is recognised as a New America expert.
