Ziad Ahmed

Ziad Ahmed is a 25-year-old social entrepreneur, speaker, strategist, and the Head of Next Gen at UTA Marketing. Of American-Muslim-Bangladeshi heritage, he founded JUV Consulting in 2016. This Gen Z-focused company has collaborated with over 30 Fortune 500 companies, gaining recognition from the New York Times and launching significant media campaigns and ZCON, the first major industry conference featuring only Gen Z speakers. His work with JUV earned him a spot on the Forbes #30Under30 list at 19. In 2020, Refinery29 described JUV as the leading Gen Z agency. In 2024, United Talent Agency acquired JUV Consulting, integrating it into UTA Marketing's Next Gen Practice, with Ziad at the helm. 

He graduated from Yale in 2021, concentrating on social media's influence on policymaking. Ziad is a prominent speaker on the potential of his generation, appearing at events from Cannes Lions to the White House and being featured in media outlets including CNN, VICE, and the Guardian. 

Ziad's leadership led to his selection as an inaugural Obama USA Leader by the Obama Foundation in 2023, and WWD named him one of the world’s “Most Influential ESG Leaders” the same year. He is driven by the goal of creating a more inclusive world. Despite his achievements, Ziad identifies closely with his Gen Z peers, particularly in his use of TikTok. He is active on social media, including LinkedIn, where he has been recognized as a “LinkedIn Top Voice.”
