Catherine Spencer

After successfully leading the England women's rugby team to the 2010 World Cup final, Catherine established a specialized agency that offers female keynote, motivational, and after-dinner speakers. Catherine firmly believes in promoting 'equality of opportunity', especially after witnessing a profession that appeared to be predominantly male-dominated. 

She is a sought-after speaker, addressing diverse audiences at events such as the Premier League Player Care Conference and Women's Leadership Network conference, infant school assemblies, and global corporate conferences. 

In addition to her speaking engagements, Catherine is currently working on developing and delivering workshops on leadership, confidence, and teamwork. Her book, 'Mud, Maul, Mascara,' was recently released and is available now.
