Living Resilience Workshop For Leaders
In this 90-minute workshop led by Caleb Campbell with support from an experienced facilitator, your team will learn how to cultivate a resilient mindset that supports well-being and enhances team cohesion, adaptability, and overall business resilience.
After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2008, Caleb Campbell was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army and selected in the NFL Draft, becoming the first player allowed to serve and play simultaneously under a new Department of Defense policy. As a resilience expert and mental health advocate, he shares lessons from West Point, the NFL, and his struggles, helping leaders build and sustain high performance while enhancing overall well-being.
Our PepTalk workshops are custom-designed to your needs and include the following key elements.
"This was one of the best, or possibly best, keynotes I have seen over the course of my entire career."
"This is the type of leadership message that we don’t hear enough but we need to hear more."
We know that stories stick. According to Stanford Graduate School of Business Professor Jennifer Aaker, stories are up to 22 times more memorable than facts or figures alone. Our brains are wired to remember stories, and listening to our experts tell theirs can benefit your team in three significant ways.
In an unpredictable business environment, leaders must maintain stability and performance despite setbacks and disruptions. Leading with resilience means staying strong under pressure, recovering from challenges, and helping teams do the same. PepTalk’s resilience workshops provide leaders with strategies to develop mental toughness, adaptability, and a supportive team culture, ensuring sustained performance even in difficult times.
Whether for a one-off session, a series of talks, a workshop or inspiration day, our speakers will help you shine a light on the actionable insights you need now.
