Alice Zhang

Alice Zhang, CEO and Co-Founder of Verge Genomics, leads a pioneering therapeutics company. Verge Genomics uses patient data to uncover innovative treatments for challenging diseases, mainly focusing on neurodegenerative conditions. Alice's remarkable work has gained recognition from esteemed publications like the San Francisco Business Times, MIT Technology Review, and Forbes, positioning her as a prominent young innovator. 

Before establishing Verge, Alice researched groundbreaking systems biology at prestigious institutions, including the National Cancer Institute, Princeton University, and UCLA. With a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, she was honored with the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans. Apart from her role at Verge, Alice engages in angel investing and advising for startups at the technology-biology crossroads.
