Aniekeme Umoh is a Nigerian-born wellbeing and performance coach, as well as a public speaker based in New York City. Her mission is to unlock the potential of every employee through her unwavering passion for personal growth and practical workshops on wellbeing and performance. Aniekeme has had the honour of speaking at various prestigious events and institutions, including the BambooHR Virtual Summit 2022, with over 17,000 participants. She has also spoken at Columbia Business School, The Mandela-Washington Young African Leadership Institute, BAUCE, and Meta. In addition to her speaking engagements, Aniekeme is currently executive producing a talk show called "Play The New Game." The show aims to make nontraditional career paths accessible to a wider audience through storytelling and community. It aims to challenge the old notion that success only comes from being a doctor, lawyer, or engineer and instead welcomes the new game of limitless possibilities. Aniekeme's professional background spans various industries, including consulting, investment banking, startups, and technology. She has worked with renowned companies such as Peloton, Evercore, and PwC. Aniekeme holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in chemical engineering from Columbia University.
