Tobi was crucial in developing client service teams and managing commercial relationships within significant investment and corporate entities. Currently, Tobi serves as a director on the board of one of the largest media companies in the UK. She leads the business development, marketing, and PR divisions in this position.
Her firsthand experience of balancing work and parenting greatly influences her approach to her work. Tobi's expertise and passion for supporting working mothers led her to write her debut book, The Blend. This book offers a candid and practical guide to managing both career and family life.
Her work has gained recognition, and she has collaborated with renowned publications and organizations such as the Financial Times, Sheerluxe, DCMS, Meta, and The Baby Show.
