Coming out as gay and having a son who is mixed race and a daughter who is white, Chris realised that a lot of advertising didn’t speak to his teenage children and communities in the same way. And with that, the idea of Brand Advance was born. Away from the day job and being an inspiring pop to his kids, Chris is also the director of diversity and inclusion at OUTvertising, the advertising industry lobbying group.
