Ginnette is the current Founder and CEO of Harper & Gray, a talent solutions company that specializes in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She works with a range of companies from large Fortune 500 through to high growth start-ups and supports them to create more diverse and inclusive environments. 
Prior to this Ginnette co-founded the US subsidiary of a specialist STEM recruiting firm growing it organically to $300m in annual revenue. As a Board member and Senior Executive of a global team Ginnette is a fierce advocate of gender equality having broken through the proverbial glass ceiling. As a result of this her work includes Leadership Development with a focus around creating confidence in high potential females. 
As a seasoned Sales Leader and certified Executive Coach Ginnette also supports companies and individuals on Negotiation, Sales Strategy and Managing Change. Ginnette’s accolades include being named the Top 100 most influential leaders in staffing by SIA, Woman of the Year Stevie by American Business Awards and Best Sales Director in North America by WISA.
