Britt Turpack is a mental health advocate and motivational speaker. She is also a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. In addition to her advocacy for mental health and motivational speaking, Britt incorporates mindfulness-based exercises to inspire and assist others in prioritising their mental health and achieving more balance in their lives. Britt also helps individuals discover their authentic selves, reduce stress levels, and overall, feel better by aligning their mind, body, and spirit. As a representative of NAMI West Los Angeles, Britt has become a 'Peer-to-peer facilitator', 'Ending the silence presenter', and an 'In our own voice presenter.'
