Dame Inga Beale, the former CEO of Lloyd's of London, is a prominent figure in the global insurance and reinsurance market and a strong advocate for workplace equality. In 2013, Beale made history by becoming the first female CEO of Lloyd's of London, a prestigious position in a business that has operated for over 328 years.
