Emma Mills is a wellness expert specialising in meditation, based in London and the Midlands.

As one of the UK's leading voices in mindfulness, she offers a range of services, including writing, private training, creative content design, and artistic collaborations.

Her latest book, *Inhale. Exhale. Repeat. A Meditation Handbook For Every Part Of Your Day*, was published by Penguin Books.

Emma also works with leading global brands, recently collaborating with Lonely Planet on their new guide *101 Ways to Live Well*, The Flower Council of Holland on their plant wellness campaign, and designing a creative wellness workshop for Stella McCartney.

With a background in psychology, Emma began her studies 19 years ago. In 2009, she played a pioneering role in developing a new form of poetry therapy for the organization MIND in the UK. Her efforts were recognized in 2014 when she won a £50,000 expansion award for their poetry therapy initiative.

More recently, in 2020, Emma started guest lecturing at Westminster University, where her work combining mindfulness and poetry has been included in the Psychology BSc degree syllabus.

Emma's philosophy is deeply rooted in helping others feel happier and healthier through meditation and a holistic approach to life.
