Nowadays, the stirring spoon has been substituted for a clip-on mic, with Matt presenting not only Saturday Kitchen, but also  Best Bites and Food Unwrapped among many others successful shows. Matt likes to keep himself busier than the rat in Ratatouille, and has written two cookery books and is a regular contributor to food and travel magazines.
