Watching several loved ones struggle with mental health issues whilst growing up, Jessica's interest in mental wellbeing started at an early age. Whilst at university and struggling with exam stress, she started meditating and experienced its powerful transformative effects in her own life. 
After years of deepening her own practice and knowledge or meditation, Jessica trained as a mindfulness coach, leaving her corporate career behind her. In 2018 she launched the social enterprise LUME, running corporate mindfulness courses & workshops, which help to fund subsidised mindfulness training for school teachers.
In this time, Jessica has worked numerous companies, including Amazon, Santander, lululemon and ASICS. She is passionate about sharing the skills of mindfulness with others, affording them to enjoy the same benefits of mental resilience and reduced stress that comes from these practices.
