For the past six years, she has been leveraging her expertise to support international organizations in understanding the complexities of their employees' experiences throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Driven by an unwavering commitment to shake the status quo, Carmen has recently retrained as a Women's Health Mentor. In her work, she equips women with the tools and knowledge to better understand themselves and unleash their full potential. Whether she's talking to hundreds of people at a conference or delivering small workshops for Microsoft, London Business School, and Deezer, Carmen is renowned for her ability to ignite enthusiasm for psychology while consistently providing science-backed solutions and tangible outcomes. Carmen is a Spanish, Dutch, and Italian mix who has made London her home for the last nine years.
