Despite being born with Poland Syndrome, which resulted in the absence of his right pectoral muscle and two ribs, Lewis managed to achieve the seemingly impossible by becoming a professional cricketer.
Drawing on his experiences in professional sport and his condition, Lewis helps others develop the character that enables them to achieve their ambitions. Moving the conversation on mental health to more action steps to create mental strength that allow you to take on the challenges of the world.
Lewis founded MindStrong Sport, an app designed specifically for athletes using meditation, courses, exercises, and more to develop mental skills, mental health, and performance in sport.
Lewis works with a range of athletes, founders, and corporate organisations to improve confidence, resilience, motivation, performance, and wellbeing.
