Scott began his career in advertising at Saatchi and Saatchi before moving to Wieden and Kennedy, where he led the Nike business. He later took on roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Commercial Director for brands such as Levi’s, Activision, and Diesel. It's through this unique experience that he has honed a simple, powerful and proven way to create disproportionate impact and value.


Recognised three times as one of Britain’s 50 most influential Black men by Powerlist UK, Scott has made notable contributions to the cultural, commercial and creative landscape. He co-authored the Amazon best-seller Creative Superpowers and has a background as a signed music producer with Defected Records.
