Dr Emily Leeming PhD is a Registered Dietitian and Research Fellow at King's College London. She holds a BSc in Nutrition, an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a PhD focusing on the impact of diet on the gut microbiome.
Emily transitioned from being a chef to a career in science, running her own nutrition practice, working in health tech, and engaging in academic research. She has contributed to numerous academic publications in top peer-reviewed journals covering nutrition, lifestyle, and the gut microbiome.
In addition to her academic work, Emily writes for the Daily Mail. She is frequently featured in media outlets such as BBC Radio 4, The Telegraph, The Guardian, and The Sunday Times.
